The Welsh Hospitality Awards took place in Cardiff this week with the purpose of recognising, promoting and celebrating the Hospitality Industry in Wales.
The Liberty Stadium was bestowed with the Sports Venue of the Year Award which celebrates those venues who provide the best hospitality experiences through a range of different events; football and rugby games, music concerts and conference and events. The Liberty Stadium beat off competition from The Principality Stadium, Cardiff City Stadium and Swalec Stadium.
The award was nominated by the general public and judged by a panel of industry experts. Other accolades presented on the evening included Restaurant of the Year, Hotel of the Year and Caterer of the Year.
