We are currently recruiting for a Ticket Office Clerk within Swansea Stadium Management Company.
16 hour Contract & 20 hour Contract
The Ticket Office Clerk is responsible to the Ticket Office Supervisor/ Ticket Office Manager for assisting with the smooth operation of the Ticket Office.
- To sell tickets on the Ticket Office system, directly to the public, via the telephone and via postal sales.
- To handle and record all sales and control personal floats.
- To deal with general enquiries from the public.
- To liaise with the two organizations as and when necessary.
- At all times maintain a high standard of appearance, and to dress in a professional manner.
- To maintain an excellent attitude towards the public at all times to uphold the Company's high customer care standards.
