Swansea City v Colchester - FA Cup

Swansea City v Colchester - FA Cup
Friday 07 Jan 2011 [10:28]

Brendan Rodgers says he'd like to see his team come up against one of the big boys in the FA Cup - but first must concentrate on getting past Colchester.

The League One side will provide the opposition this weekend and the Swans boss has warned that the focus must be channeled on getting a result.

"The club deserves a big club but the most important thing is that you can only make that happen if you win the game," said Rodgers.

"So for us the concentration is to win the game and see what gets drawn out of the hat.

"We want to get as far as we can in it. There are three competitions that we play in; the league is obviously the most important, the Carling Cup is nice to use your squad players but the FA Cup is one we want to do well in.

"It's got a fantastic history and we want to win every game we can."

Swans fans are reminded that ticket prices have been slashed to just £12 for adults and £5 for concessions. They are available to purchase at the Ticket Office and online but only the West and Tesco East Stand's will be open for the game.

THERE IS LIMITED ON SITE PARKING AVAILABLE FOR £10, AND THIS CAN BE PURCHASED ON THE DAY. SPACES WILL BE SOLD ON A FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED BASIS.

The Swansea Vale Park and Ride site is not also available for parking on this fixture. However the Park and Walk site is available for parking, situated adjacent to the stadium at the Landore site.

Parking at the Park and Walk is £5.50 per vehicle.
